I am looking to relocate to Malta
I am having a problem trying to find a mortgage in England that deals with mortgages in malta

Welcome to the Forum, if you have never lived in Malta before it鈥檚 advisable to rent first so you can see whether you like living here or not also it鈥檚 easier to then decide on the area you wish to buy a property.As regards a mortgage I would have thought you would need a lender over here.

You'd need a lender here, and you'll only get that after at least a year here.

I got mine from HSBC after about 11 months and on 20% deposit fwiw
