My company didn't give my salary 5 days left to complete the 3 months with out salary.
My question are:
1 . Can i file a case to labor court against my company after 3 months period .
   2. Can i transfer to other company after 3 months with out salary  with out notice to my company?
3. If ever i file a case to labor court and case is on process and my company will offer me to give  a 1 month salary  and remaining 2 months will be come balance . Do i need to accept it or not.

Please advice me😭😢

Looks like we're in a similar situation. My salary's delayed for 2 months now, and a few more days it will be 3 months full.

But to answer your question:
1) You can file a complaint in the labor office after the 3 month period.
2) You can transfer to another company HOWEVER I do not know the legal details for this one. To be safe, I believe you need to discuss this with your company. For one, if you will transfer job, there will also a transfer of iqama sponsorship. Also, there is also the thing about completing your contract.
3) I'd say, Saudi labor laws looks good but they're tricky and complicated. You can accept that offer from your employer but bear in mind that that doesn't mean that salary delays may not happen again. To add, think about filing a case then 'withdrawing' it because you've decided to settle it with your employer, then the same thing happen again.

Overall, filing a  complaint to the labor office and waiting the hearings to start and the whole case to finish is a big hassle and time consuming. I am not discouraging you but I strongly suggest that you carefully think over and plan your course of action. Going to the labor office is one of the options I'm considering for myself, but I haven't really decided on what I will do.

I hope others reply to your queries since I want to know how others think about this too, or if others know anyone who have similar experience.
