I have a son that is 13 yr old. 1st time in ungdom. We are 3 yrs now in Norway. He still on the process of adjusting when he enter ungdom he got scared of expectations. He is often late and don't go. I am a single mother and I tried to help him and convince him that going to school is very important. Sometimes I have to call a taxi for him so he will be on time but still problem he is lack of interest in school. In ungdom. He said he still can't follow and just keep on trying. He is still not that flink på norsk. He is always behind.
The barnebarne have set meeting they trying to find loop holes why..
I need advice please
I don't know if barneverne will help or they will just take my son..

fornight

Ask your fastlege to refer your son to BUP.  That is the psychology department for babies, children and adults.

He has problems coping and probably need some psychological help.

I also know kommunal has psychiatric department to help young adults with education issues as well.  You just need to ask the barnebarne, School or Fastlege for solutions.

Barnebarne is here to help you.  Don't be scare with them.  The bureacratic process can be long but they are quite helpful.
