Leaving car with friend during vacation.

Hi everybody,
I would like hear your opinion about giving car to an another person during the vacation.
I want to know if any accident or traffic violation happens from him what will be the consequences?
Is the owner of the car need to be present here to complete the traffic formalities?

Traffic violation i.e. fine, if through cameras will be applied to your car number plate.聽 A traffic fine through a stop by traffic police will be on the driver license.聽 In either case, you don't need to be here to complete any formalities.

If there is any accident, again, it will be between traffic police and the driver.聽 However, if the car is a total loss or you don't have a second driver added in your insurance; you might be asked to come in by the insurance company.
