Private School for 8 year old - Tagaytay City

Post new topic

Hi there,

Moving to Tagaytay City in 8 weeks with my gf and 8 year old son.

Looking for a private school (not International). Any recommendations/advice? We're looking at Shim International School which is not a true International school despite its name. Has anyone any knowledge/experience or know of any others to look at?

Many thanks for any help/advice!!!

Keith

No info, but take your time to plan location and transport carefully due to moderately heavy traffic up there on the main road at certain hours. Just FYI, at that time it will be summer break for Philippines schools. International mostly run with the western summer months.

Yes I've heard the traffic can be quite bad at times. We'll need to see exactly how much of an issue it is. If it's manageable then hopefully the pros of the area for us will outweigh it.

We've timed to leave after Spring term has finished here and before the new term has start there to give us time to sort things out (school and accom).

Many Thanks!

Keith
