Am considering open one with another experience good friend here,his Egyptian
He told me foreigners need more partners due paperwork and so forth is this true

It depends on the location. Koshary is considered a fast and cheap meal. If the restaurant is in a place where there is a flow of people who come to work or to take transportation, then it will definitely work in a good way.

Abt the paperwork, actually I know nothing abt whether foreigners face problems in this issue or not.
