Hi

I am Nasika from Moldova. I am not exactly aware what is expatriate. But I want to find information about expatriates in Asia and Middle East.

Hi Nasika,
If you are moldovian but not living in moldovia then you are an expat.

Here you can find all sort of information about expats in Turkey, if it is asia or middle east or europe, a bit confusing country at that sense.
