Subdivision amenities cost

Anybody knows how much is the Home owners Association fee in Woodridge Park subdivision in Maa Davao City. Thinking to buy a property on that area, or other gated subdivision. Information on any of the higher end subdivisions would be greatly appreciated.

All HOA聽 fees are different...Easy enough to find out though,
contact a realtor that sells in the subdivision.聽 They will be more than happy to answer
any questions and try to sell you聽 on a dream house of your choice too
