Turiest visa refused

Hello I apply for turiest visa the second time I wanted to visit Egypt because I didn鈥檛 have time to see what I want to see. And also I was sick for few days
So I wanted to come back and my turiest visa denied. I am shocked because before in 2 days I get visa.
I think something is wrong because I am a lawyer and I was very good turiest and no trouble at all.
Who is the institute in Egypt that I can email and try to understand what wrong.
It鈥檚 really important for me

I am also a tax lawyer in my country
I just hoping that your offer will be still
On the table after I tell you my nationality. If not I totally understand and no problem.
I am Israeli and my grandma is originally
From Cairo so I always wanted to see where she lived.
But now they refuse to give me visa I can鈥檛 understand it.
I can go all over the world with no visa but for my neighbor country I can鈥檛?
It鈥檚 really appset me because I was very good turiest and the people was so nice to me. I don鈥檛 get it
Any way I believe in hounstiy so I told you all.
