Hi Folks

Just wanted to know.
While the current company does system cancellation of EP, NOC will be given? (Like, is there any option in the system notifying that the company provides NOC?)

Or will it be given as a letter while releiving?

(If there is no NOC option in system?)
If we want to apply EP with new company after system cancellation.. what is the process?
After applying new EP stage 1, and if hard copy NOC not given, what can be done?

Please advise!

Need NOC to be submitted as document along with other papers when application for EP is made.

Without NOC no new EP application can be made. So when current EP comes to an end so must leave Malaysia. I think there may be a Cooling Off period of 3 months and after that new EP application can be made.

However not 100 % sure of current rules under new government. So check with immigration
