Retired and living part time in Loutraki, Greece.聽 We pay all year long for a 2 bedroom house in Loutraki but can only stay 6 months out of the year.聽 Wife and daughter with me, having issues with the national visa because my daughter is disabled and 22 years old so they consider he an adult.聽 We have guardianship under US law but Greek law doesn't recognize and they treat her as if she can take care of herself.聽 Looking for help with either Greek law or EU law pertaining to persons with disabilities and equal treatment.聽 We make enough if they considered her as a dependent similar to anyone under the age of 18.聽 Rent and utilities only cost us 600 euro a month and my retirement is almost 4000 euro so we are fine moneywise, it is just the constant traveling back to the US and back.聽 She is unable of caring for herself, she should not need her own money to prove she can survive on her own...because she will never be able to do that.聽 We take care of everything for her.聽 Also looking for information on Anime conventions if any in Greece or Europe as she love anything Japanese or Chinese animation books and video and roleplaying.

Perhaps you know that as of 2021 all Americans must obtain the ETIAS Visa Waiver which will be valid for three years.It will entitle the holder to stay in any of the Schengen Zone European countries.If you go on line and tap in ETIAS Visa Waiver for Americans you will read about this,it looks possible to make application on line.Its to encourage tourism etc but travel for Americans will not be possible without it.We have a house near you in at Schinos which is over the mountains from Pisia.Have you discovered Vouliagmeni sea fed lake,its shallow for a long way out,might be good for your daughter,its a very lovely place to go,its a short drive out from Loutraki to Perahora and then a turn off,its well signed,there is also a wonderful ancient site near the lake as well with a recently constructed new pathway down to it for wheel chairs,prams etc..its nestled next to the sea.
An Athens lawyer would be your best bet,one specialising in your personal requirements.Also the Golden Visa would be possible for you if you invest in a company or buy property to the value of 250.000 euro and above.
