Good Standing Certificate from HAAD

Hi everyone,

Who among here worked in the UAE and has been a HAAD licensed nurse? I am currently in the Philippines and requested for a good standing certificate from HAAD. However, my license was already cancelled because I was not able to finish my contract. Does anyone have an idea if my former facility would approve my request for good standing certificate?
