This will take you to a website that lists a lot of the Dutch banks, with links to opening accounts.聽 I just tried it and had to look around the websites to find the business section.

Aaragon, if you want a business account but don't mind having it just online (i.e. no walk-in branches and no possibility to deposit money), then I can recommend Knab. It costs me a flat rate of just 鈧�5 per month. I've been banking with them for almost 4 years now. So much cheaper than the Rabobank where I was charged for everything, and works better than ING's online banking with all its outages.
