In Madrid Are there any Exercise classes in English?

Hello

I have recently moved to Madrid and still learning the language. In the mean time I am looking for any good exercise classes that are done in English.

I find it hard to get motivated when I don鈥檛 understand the language.

Would be grateful if anyone could help

There's an Internations running group if you run. You can also check on Meetup or Internations for their sporty activities.
