Accompanying husband to Rabat. Considering living in Hassan near La Tour Hassan Hotel. Safe area? Good healthcare for expats nearby? Can you recommend Clinics, Hospitals or Private Doctors?

Yes, it's pretty safe. Plenty of doctors around.
I'd rather go straight to a private doctor if needed.
Which specialist do you need? so that I could give you some names.

I lived there, very pleasant neighbourhood. You have Carrefour nearby, a lots of taxi's pass by and near Tramway route.

You are also not to far away from the old souk/market and Marina.
