Good day, see on the group there is a lot of people who wants to live in Pattaya!!
Which Visa you are use to live in Pattaya?

Me and my husband both over 50 and also wants to go to Pattaya for a year or 2.

Any problems to do a Visa run or to extend your 30 day tourist visa?

I read a lot of complaints about some people who did the Visa runs at the borders!!

Please anyone with the 100% correct info!

Thamk you!!

More attention is being paid towards people who appear to be living in Thailand using visa exempt and tourist visa's are being denied entry.

Since you both are over 50, and provided you meet qualifications, I would obtain a multi-entry Non-Imm O-A  retirement visa good for one year.   Your first entry gets you 1 year permit to stay and if you leave and return just before the actual visa expires you will receive another 1 year permit to stay.  If done properly you get almost two years and only do one boarder run.

Hi, thank you!
That Visa, can we apply for it on the airport in Bangkok at immigration?

All the comments on the forum makes us  unsure!!!  We don't want to move to Thailand and  had a lot of troubles to do visa runs if it will be denied.

Will appreciate if you reply and give us the how must we doing it the Wright way.
