This link says there are Lebanese members, but I wouldn't necessarily believe it is up to date or accurate because they want you to pay to join:

In Bangkok there are tons of Lebanese restaurants. Obviously I don't know but it seems to me that if you visited a view and asked around, you'd quickly make contacts in the Lebanese community in Thailand that way.

There's also the Lebanese Embassy in Bangkok, which should host some events.

Also in Bangkok there's the Foreign Correspondents Club which hosts documentaries and panel discussions on current events. I doubt you'd find a lot of Lebanese there, but I do think you'd find people who knew some Lebanese folks in the city. It's a very cosmopolitan group.

If you're outside of Bangkok, it's probably much harder to connect. But there is a neighborhood in Chiangmai with a Moslem community and you could start there maybe?

Good luck and welcome to Thailand.

The Lebanese restaurants would be a good start.
