Family visa - newborn birth after yellow slip issued

Hi, i am an expat here and planning to get my family over to KSA by end of November 2019. Currently it is my wife and 2 kids. I am thinking to apply for visa now (the yellow slip). Our 3rd baby is due in Early November. so the questions:

* How long is the yellow slip valid for?
* If i go back in November and plan to bring back the family with me (after the birth), how can the newborn enter KSA, as the yellow slip will only have our current family?

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
