I am new here and live from Philippines i just wanna ask if you have ever experienced waiting so long for the the result of professional classification from mumaris plus? My agency here in the Philippines told me that my Employer in KSA already applied for my Professional Classification but until now i dont receive any email from mumaris its already more than a month of waiting but still got no email. And my History in my mumamis account says "no record found"

They may use different email with your credentials

Hi I am working in saudi arabia since 2012. Dataflow completed 2019.

Problem in mumaris plus asking last 2yrs experience. Which I send from my hospital where I am working. Then asking how I am working without saudi Council.

Whenever I am send they r rejecting. So I don't no how to clear mumaris plus. Plz help if u can.

Yesterday I was applied for the professional classification in mumaris plus but the email didn’t got yet and the professional classification is in pending shown in mumaris account how i will fix this to get the Eligibility number ?

If your college or diploma is not enlisted in the qualification list of Saudi Commission, hence you must go for new classification study which requires the follows:

The qualification presented to the Saudi Commission for Health specialties for the first time will be reviewed by specialized and impartial professional committees and councils to determine the eligibility of the qualification holder to apply for professional classification or re-classification. The requirements listed below represent the acceptable level of information needed by these committees and councils to review the qualification. We strongly advise you to submit a complete application supported by the official documents listed in the requirements list. It is your responsibility to provide the requirements. Not doing so will likely lead to the rejection of your application.

Common reasons of rejection:

- There is no relationship between the qualification and the required specialization.

- A program manual or a link to it is not attached.

- The program does not qualify for professional practice in the chosen specialty according to the program manual or the donor site.

- The program guide or the issuing authority website does not contain the required information.

- Subjects/courses are not sufficient to practice the specialty according to the internationally recognized standards.

- There is no description of the training done by the qualification holder.

- This training is insufficient to practice the specialty according to internationaly recognized standards.

- There is no indication that the qualification is recognized for professional practice in the country of graduation.

Please I would appreciate if my question is being looked into and answered.

I got my visa on the 21 of this month and my company is requesting for my classification, which I submitted the necessary documents for new qualification study and mail was sent to me that it will take 50 working days, and I won't want my visa to expire before going. Please I need your advise on what to do.

Please sir, it was written on my offer as stated, Register on mumaris plus/ classification/ provide signed letter of undertaking.

Does that mean I can write an undertaking letter stating that I have submitted my documents for new qualifications study on mumaris and It Is under review.

I think you will have to send a mail to them sir about the issue so that they can direct you on what to do.

Some policies and some of services name are changed in the mumaris system

Classification = registration

re-classification = update registration

re-registration = renew registration

If your license is expired more than 1 year, you should apply for update registration which means retaking Prometric test.

And if your license is still valid or expired less than 360 days and you have a valid iqama only can renew. Well still you need an employment certificate from your current employer.

Your query is not clear, it may be missing the dataflow for registration in your country which means PRC ID/ Board Certificate or both.
