Whenever I'm around some street food, I always like to indulge in small fried treats. My favorite is cempedak goreng and pisang goreng. Other dishes that are not fried is nasi ayam.

I think over the many years, I have tried just about everything here. One dish that is notorious is durian. You either love it or hate it. Get the good stuff (mustang king) or try it cooked like porridge with melaka sugar. You won't be disappointed.

4. Nasi goreng berempah, mee goreng mamak, durian
5. Sambal/chili

The thing about Malaysia food is that you can find Malay, Chinese, Indian Muslim street foods everywhere.
