I shipped my stuff from DXB to SFO many years ago. It was air france as the courier. When I received my stuff I was bummed. I paid insurance for it and I was denied with my claim, citing that I did not claim within few days of receiving the baggages.

So to be sure, when you received your shipment, check immediately. I waited over 4 weeks to unpacked some of my boxes. It was only then I found out of the damages.

Do NOT use GAC movers for local !!!聽 They just delivered our things in the last week and ruined literally every piece of furniture we own.聽 They didn't bother to repack anything after the customs inspection.

Our move was handled by DT Moving Limited, and were superb.聽 Everyone we worked with was attentive and professional.聽 I would definitely recommend them.
