Any good dog kennels in cairo?

I am a teacher in Egypt but will be traveling for the summer. I need a place to keep my dog. Does anyone know a good place that isn't to expensive. Ive found a place called International Vet Hospital in Mohandeseen. Has anyone left their dog there? How was it? If anyone could recommend a place that would be great.
