HELLO
I AM 60 YEARS OLD AND MY HUSBAND IS RESIDING IN CALI AT THE TIME . I PLAN TO MOVE THERE NEXT YEAR IN FEBRUARY I AM A US CITIZEN . WHAT WOULD I NEED TO DO TO BE THERE LEGALLY?

The world is changing so fast in the Covid Era that it is impractical to predict what the rules will be ten months from now.

So follow the news from 'reliable sources' .. and consider using an immigration attorney when you get closer to the envisioned move.
