Hello to everyone in the forum,

I've been an expat for about the last 6 or so years.聽 My first trip was to Switzerland which lasted about 2.5 years.聽 I also was living on the border of Switzerland and France during part of that time.

After that, I moved to Canada and have been an expat here ever since.聽 Right now, I'm in the waiting stage of immigration.聽 It's been at least 6 months since I've sent my applicaiton in but it's a very slow process.

I really like Vancouver but also miss Switzerland so much.

If anyone would love to show/tell me how to put up flags in the sig, I'd love to do that too.

Hello Vancouver,
聽 I was in Vancouver a month ago and thought it would be a great place to live.聽 I am currently in Almaty Kazakhstan and will be here till December.聽 With my husbands job,聽 we could end up in Vancouver, Denver Colorado, or here in Kazakhstan.聽 This would be a good place to live, if I could learn to speak Russian.
聽 while in Canada, the weather was clear and stayed about 22 degrees.聽 It was great.聽 I took a tour of the city and mountains.聽 Beautifull!聽 Hope you are enjoying your new home.
