To anyone who can answer my question,
Does anyone know of a 'NON-PAY Chay service, that allows people to connect from the U S. and Chiba?!
(I've been looking for a while, but 'search engines' all seem to interpret 'free chat service' as 'pay dating service'!)
I APPRECIATE ANY HELP ANYONE CAN GIVE ME.

Did you try whats app? I saw a lot of people using this one in China. I beleive skype and zoom also works in China.

if you both have Iphones the imessage and facetime work well.聽 Wechat is also free and works well.聽 whatsapp will require a vpn and works kind of slow for me.
