Evacuate the building

my company rented an apartment in Azaiba for me and I'm living there.
but due to the nowadays condition and also many problems in the building such as noise I'm willing to go to a cheaper and better place.

my one year contract will finish on June 30th.
I announced to my landlord on April 13th (79 days before the end of the lease) that I do not intend to extend(renew) the lease at the end of it and wish to leave the building on June 30th(by end of the lease).

but the landlord is not accepting and saying your contract is already renewed for one year(which isn't I checked municipality site, also it is without our information) and he asking me to stay here for one year or giving him 3-month rent extra.

Please help me
What can I do

Thank you very much,
The problem is landlord isn't accepting i leave on my lease expiry and asking for staying one more year or give him 3 months
I also gave him notice on 79 days before contract expiry

Dear, Municipality rule any housing contract before renewal 3 month before you will give to notice or any time but should period will be 3 month notice .
