Hi,

Would you anyone please tell me that the ESB be calculated from the actual joining date or from the date of sponsorship transfer? Cuz I have joined my current employer on last 12 Oct. 2008 but my sponsorship transfer was made on somewhere in 2012. So,聽 if I resign from company how my ESB to be calculated as per labor law?
