looking to move close to ruse

Hello, my husband and I are looking to move to a town outside Ruse, we are currently looking at a house to renovate and are wondering if this is something that alot of you do, the house needs a bit, well..quite a bit of remodeling and we are hoping to live there possibly while remodeling. any insight would be great. We are moving from abroad so this is all new to us.

Do you have any particular reason for Ruse? I operate on Black Sea coast mainly.

Close destination to Varna/Burgas international airports, summer vacation atmosphere, warmer winters affected by the Black sea climate etc.
