DGIM Entry Approval for Children with SVP

My childrem are above 19years and staying in Canada. I hae obtained SVP Approval from ESD.
As per lastet guidelines, I have applied for DGIM Approval in the 1st week of Aug. How long genrally takes for approval. Also would like to know the possibility of getting approval.
