Welcome to Saudi Arabia in a very Nobel profession and i really appreciate and respect all doctors who are serving during this pandemic. May Allah keeps you safe and happy and showers His Blessings on you.
as far you are interested to learn Arabic i can refer you some professional institutes or coaching classes if you will mention your city as well.
one simple advice to learn Arabic , Keep speaking no matter if you are wrong, but you will learn and all Arab people will help when they notice you are keen to learn their language.

I’m currently working as an analyst at a gas and electric company in the uk. I’m also currently studying teaching at an online university.
I’ve been told that online degrees are not recognised in Saudi, is that correct?

I am an American expat who will be moving to Riyadh for work. Looking forward to the diversity that an expat lifestyle provides. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing culture and experiences.
I will be living at Al Nakhla Residential Resort in Riyadh, if anyone has knowledge or experience with this compound I would love to hear from you!
I enjoy running, traveling and exploring new places, and cooking. Currently very interested in exploring East Asia (Korea, Japan, China...) once COVID-19 is a bit more contained (vaccine complete x2 with Pfizer).
Would enjoy connecting with local or other expats here electronically and then look forward to meeting in person when I arrive, which should be 2nd week of September.
Looking forward to hearing from you and having some new experiences!
Hello,
I am a graduate of one of the universities in Riyadh and a pet foster. Hoping to come across like minded people here. Good day!
best way to learn is listen and practice. Talk in Arabic to everyone.

The more you try and the better you will be able to understand it.
Have fun, and enjoy it.

Hi Gareth,
I recently moved to Riyadh from London and joined Fitness Time. They are doing pretty good offers at the moment (40% off normal prices). You can take a 3, 6 or 12 month membership. The prices are all online and the gyms are actually pretty good, lots of equipment, very spacious, good pools, saunas, steam rooms etc. and the biggest benefit is you can go to any of the Fitness Time gyms in the same tier that you joined.
I go to the standard Fitness Time (red one) which is very good and I recommend anyone coming to Riyadh to join this gym!
Thanks
Bilal
