Uploading Boarder in SCE Registration

How to upload boarder in Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) given in the passport while enter into the KSA. I tried to upload in many ways such as scanned the particular page in the passport, snap shot from my mobile, the number written on the paper etc. However, portal does not accept. Please guide me if anybody knows.

You make simple things very complicated.

Follow these step:

1- Log-in to your SCE account
2- Click your profile
3- Scroll down your profile, you'll see a tab "update to new iqama number or BORDER NUMBER or update to new engineering profession or non-engineering profession. Click this tab.
4- Add new request
5- Enter Border Number. This is a 10 digit hand written number on your passport. Issued for each expatriate entering the Kingdom on a new visa.
6- Click submit. Then you are done.
