What are the best Outskirts of Brussels

Hello Members,

I have been living in Brussels for nearly 2 years now, and I am seriously considering buying a property in the outskirts of Brussels. Any suggestions on the best locations are more than welcome.
I wish to buy a land & have my single family home constructed at a total budget of around 400K - 450K.
My considerations are:
1. Meisse
2. Strombeek-Bever
3. Wemmel
4. Grimbergen
5. Zaventem
6. Vilvoorde
7. Tervuren

What would be the best place? Dutch schools are ok for my kids, not really looking for International schools. I prefer more green areas, and wouldn't mind a bit of quite, but not too quite. Sorry, no offense, but I would like to avoid areas with certain migrant communities.
