Tax identification number (TIN or NIF)

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding TIN.
I will be arriving in Brussels within a month, after obtaining all the needed permits. and now considering opening a bank account before arriving. However, all banks require a TIN, NN, or NIF number to do so.

This number does not appear to exists on the work permit or Annexe-46. Is it possible to get this number before registration at the town hall?
