Profession Changing in Iqama

Good Day to Everyone !

i would like to ask that one of my friend having labor profession on his Iqama & now he recently cracked the PMP Exam and got the certificate from US.

so now on the basis of PMP certificate, can he change his profession from labor to any technician.

PMP is not a degree or Diploma,it is just a certification, so he can not get any benefit,he can get benefit only in Job Search.
