Pamporovo offer of purchase

Post new topic

Hello.
I put my 1-bed apt up for sale 2 weeks ago and already had 2 offers, so has a friend of mine! I'm a little suspicious as to why, all of a sudden, there is interest in buying.

Please can someone ease/confirm my suspicions?

Many thanks
Steve

Its the time of  year to buy. UK housing market has always picked up in March.  Can’t see why Bulgaria should be different

Hi
As long as you get ur lawyer todo the proper checks you should be fine, make sure all docs/paperwork are in order, don't sign anything till then ... some property's move fast others don't same as here in U.K...Good luck with ur sale. ðŸ‘

Not surprising!   I have received two contracts in the last month for close to full price for our 110 Beach Front Development in St. Vlas.  One has closed and one has put down a non refundable deposit.  I suspect that many are waiting to have three months of increased pricing and  some are venturing out to take advantage of spring opportunities while Covid is still rampant.

One more thing.   Our Friend Ben Collins has sold properties in Pamporovo and commented that his activity has picked up.  I think he may have sold two or more properties in the last month in Pamporovo.  I have asked him to locate us a 2 or 3 bedroom unit after visiting and seeing the low prices.

You may want to look in Bansko!    More snow and closer to Sofia and airport.  I have looked in Pamporovo and there is not much left in 2 BR.
