Proof of Transfer using the LRI

Post new topic

cad draftsman

hello everyone...

im back to ask another question...

i have made contact with a potential new employer. im asking them how will they proceed for the possible transfer. they mentioned that right after my contract expires, i can make the travel to work with them. also, they will process the transfer in the portal once i have joined their company.

the question here is, is that process a bit risky? i mean if i join their company and by any chance the system rejected the application, how am i suppose to make it work..??

thanks

Is this your first time transfer?
The process is straightforward either online or offline unless you carry a special wanted notice by the govt for rejection.
Don't create illusions in your mind with negativity.

to be honest it is my first time doing this kind of procedure.
A lot of things / questions are in my mind.

I just want to understand how the process works really...
here in my company i cannot ask anybody related to this matter because they are also clueless...

The process is simple.  If you have an Iqama, the new employer puts a request in the system for transfer.  The old employer gets the request and approves.   The system change is instant.   New Iqama printing and delivery takes a few weeks.

The issues happen when:

Old employer doesn't approve the request
New employer can't send or action the request due to Saudization ratio or offences on the CR

Before anyone comments, I am talking about the process prior to the changes in the labor law.   But broadly, it is the same process with only difference being that the employee has a chance to get transfer without employer consent if they have worked with them for more than a year.

given the information, my contract will be expired within a month time. i will send a letter notice to the management about this. actually this is the third letter i submitted to them (1 year before, 6 months before and today).

with regard to the transfer, do i need to submit a letter of  transfer to them..?
this is very critical because once they knew the transfer plan, they might issue and exit visa...

please do guide me on this matter...

thanks
