Hi everyone

I am considering聽 a move with my family to Pattaya and have been recommended the Mabprachan Lake area. I have seen a number of houses available in Mabprachan Gardens and wondered whether anyone has any knowledge of the development? Is it safe? Would you recommend an alternative development?聽 Any help would be warmly received.

My budget is no more than 70,000thb per month.

The Maprachan area is to me the most fantastic location for a family in this Banglamung region. The outdoor or recreational facilities are excellent. Access to Pattaya, Rayong, Bangkok are hassle free, very good International schools within easy reach. Personal safety is not one of your concerns. I cannot comment on the聽 housing complex but it appears to be safe and well kept. Your budget will stretch pretty far. Good luck
