if you are an expat , the best for you is bank of khartoum for local SDGs , united capital bank or blue nile mashreg bank would be for foreign currency savings , you just need to locate the nearest branch and go with your residency permit , work permit and passport and initial deposit AROUND 5000 to 2000 SDG
