Thanks for your kind reply. I'm still a beginner in cooking, so maybe some of you can teach me, hehe.. I like mostly chinese food, because they taste awesome! I also like italian food and japanese sushi, i cook sometimes when i have time, but mostly i go to a resto or cafe for lunch or dinner.
I also like to go for movie, action movie will be my favorite one. I do swimming and gym sometimes, recently i start to play tennis and it's fun, even though i'm not a good player,hehe.

I was  working recently a 5 days ago in the sushi bar, and can tell you about,sushi-maki,sushi-nigiri,sushi-guncan,sushi-sashimi.
Sushi-maki:
-kappa maki-cucumber,sesame,rice,nori.
-teka maki-tuna,rice,nori.
-avokado maki-avokado,mayonaise,rice,nori
-akinava maki-shrimps,tobico red,cucumber,soft cheese,rice,nori
-unagi maki-smoked eel,sesame,rice,nori
-seka maki-salmon fresh,rice,nori
-kado maki-smoked salmon,rice ,nori
-in-yan-teka,seka,rice,nori
-dragon maki-smoked eel,bonito,cucumber,soft cheese

rice and nori are always,just are futa maki and ura maki,ura maki are when rice is outside and nori inside, then,next i will not write rice and nori that don't repeat for each maki,ok?
