Being happy is surely our common goal, whether we are living in the USA as an expat or somewhere else.
We would love to know your tips and tricks to be fully fulfilled and happy as an expat in your host country.

I think the best way to feel happy anywhere - don't expect anything聽聽 Just do your work, know your values, be kind to other people - we all are humans.
To be specific, I noticed that there are many "freedoms" in the USA - you can do everything you want, you can eat everything you see, you can look as you want - this all seems good, but really, it may cause a lot of obstacles and distractions. You should control your routine and your habits to stay healthy and focused.
