Hey
I recently asked visa for my baby and myself under family reunion visa purpose.
Docs required for me:
1.passport
2. Photographs
3.visa application form
4.husband's rp copy
5. My old visa
6.registered rental agreement
7. Income proof like salary slip for last 6 months and last three years ITR
8.legalized marriage certificate
9.legalized birth certificate
10. Legalised pcc
11. Medical
12. Medical insurance
13.Contribution fee payment receipt

I gave my husband's passport copy and his invite letter in addition.
Same set required for the baby as well except pcc and contribution fee payment receipt.
You need to pay 209euro directly to Belgian authority and in addition, your wife needs to pay her and baby's visa fee in india..16380 each.

I hope it will help you.
All the best

Nayan

Thank you Shinde Nayan :)

Also, do we need to fill 2 visa application forms?
1. Family reunion visa for non EU spose
2. Family reunion for children with non EU parents

Thank you
Rahul

Yes, everyone apply has to fill their forms separately. To make it easier, blet everyone have a folder of each of their required docs. Then check them the final time for completion before submitting.
