Hi, I need help. I lost my job last 2020 and I have religiously been paying my loan with Al Rajhi before that, I had difficulty looking for a job due to COVID crisis. I got a part time job (just to pay my loan) now and I want to pay off my loan, but the collecting officer is saying I have to pay a big amount or else they will take legal action against me. I am insisting on paying as a monthly installment but he said it is not allowed? but previously another collecting officer has called me and told me that I jsut need to deposit in my account the monthly installment I use to pay. I am confused and I am scared that they will take legal action against me in 1 week. Please Please I need your advice and help.

Thank you

They need their money only okay.
Ask your kafeel/company to help you. Give them some letter mentioning the bad situation of the company and that they were unable to pay you your salary and that is why you were not able to pay the loan. That letter should be in the name of the branch manager and ask him to give you more time.
Just do that and you will be fine.

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately I don't have a company right now, My husband is my sponsor. I am working as a part timer so I don't have a kafeel. But I took the part time just to be able to pay for my loan.
