How much does it cost to buy a car in Montenegro ? In Numbeo it says 20,000 Euro for a Toyota Corolla聽聽
or a Volkswagen Golf new. Is that correct ? Are there reputable used car dealers that offer deals worth looking in to and does price differ a lot from one city to the next ?

A new Volkswagen Golf or Toyota Corolla costs around 16,500 Euros. But foreigners cannot buy a car unless they have a company.

Starting an LLC you get Residence visa so should be no problem, right ?

You can't buy a car unless you have permanent residence or citizinship.But you can pick up a great second hand car for around 7000-10000 euros.
