I moved here from Los Angeles three months ago. It's heavenly! No guns! Clean. Well run. Perfect weather. And it's dead cheap. I have a huge, luxuriosly furnished apartment in a gated community near the beach with a lake-size swimming pool.... for $850 a month!聽 In Malibu it would be ten times as much!
