Hi to all those Aussies living in and around Toronto.
The Australian Wommens U25 wheelchair basketball team is playing in the world championships being held at Brock Uni.
First game was last night and Australia beat Great Britian.

If you have the time get out and support these girls.

If you have never seen wheelchair basket ball it is great to watch.

Hi In Toronto,
awfully wet here on the East Coast. I dont know if anyone made it to St Catherines聽 but thanks if you did as I know the girls would have appreciated your support.
In the end the US came out on top with Gold and the Ausies got Silver. A great effort as this was the very first ever U25 tournament.The gold medal game was on 7pm your time so we could see the game here live at 9am on Friday morning.
You may be interested the team is called the Devils after you know what. Look after yourselves overthere hopefully will get over in the near future to see our son who lives in Oakville. He has nothing to do with Wheelchair basket ball but our other son was on the girls coaching staff.
