Now no one company in Saudi they were not  accepting or rejecting.

Now some companies in Saudi they are simply not responding for the notification they put it on hold,on  which they received from system.

You know if your current employer didn't respond for 14 days it will cancelled Auto.

For me also it happens similarly..

Mine is also same case. If someone knows anything related to this then please guide us.

If company is not green then you can proceed without your sponsor approval. but if your company is green and did not respond to your request it will be void automatically with in 10 days. So you must inform your HR personal or Kafeel and force him to take action on it. even if he reject it then it can support you to get transfer once your contract will be finished, pls be noted its not important contract date and iqama date same. QIWA follows contract date.

I think it will depend and case to case basis to automatically cancel within 14 days. As per experience, its been 46 days already after acceptance and as of this time request is still on completing the 90 days notice. So I could say it depend on the status of the company both new and current as we do not know exactly how Qiwa process and procedures are.

its so confusing. why cant we get the qiwa rules at one place.
