Imam Hatip is a popular option in Bursa.

By the way, Imam Hatip is a type of public school. So they get the basic school curriculum plus Islamic studies lessons. However, keep in mind it would be in Turkish. Not sure if any mosques in the area would offer afterschool or weekend lessons in other languages.
