Starting this topic because there are many "odd" items聽 folks look for from time to time - odd simply meaning we want or need something only once or occasionally. Right now, I need AAAA batteries for a device used to control volume in hearing aids. In Moca, everyone sells AA & AAA but can't find the small AAAA. Needed so my wife can used the hearing aids I gave her. I failed to check the dang thing in Canada as I stopped using it a couple of years back.聽 Also, I have flashlights that take D size batteries - haven't found those here either so I brought some back. I will be checking places in Santiago and then Santo Domingo shortly but rather than driving blindly around (which is easily done no matter) having a lead to google might help. Cheers....

Order on Amazon and deliver to bmcargo..
Order them and ship to mailboxes etc...

Ordering on Amazon is the best way but be aware that they are a restricted item so shipping is more expensive.聽 Sometimes more than the batteries.聽 Try some of the drug stores for the hearing aid batteries.聽 Take 1 with you so you can show them what it's for and they might be able to point you in the right direction.聽 Personally, I order from Amazon.

Also聽 for聽 hearing aid bateries聽 you will find them in Jewellers and in聽 key cutting places!聽聽

The D batteries are聽 usually found in La Sirena or Jumbo. YOu sometimes have to ask for them.

SO what you all are saying, they don't have AAAA batteries here as far as anyone knows.聽 The D size batteries, at least here in Moca, do not exist anywhere - Jumbo and La Serena were the first places checked. Don't or rather won't order on Amazon & ship here. Will find another way if not found prior to heading back to Alberta....cheers.
