Local transfer through QIWA without employer consent

Post new topic

Hi, I have not received my contract copy since I joined the company (Dec-2019) and I have been asking for it for more than a year but have not received it.

Is it possible to get local transfer through QIWA without employer consent since I do not have notarized contractor copy.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or input on the same, Thanks.

this is not possible that you did not sign any document before you join them even in your home country, be noted contracts are auto renewed untill you give them official notice period for leave. again i will say as i told many , be noted first sponsor have full rights to ask you to stay, if you dont want then it is there decission to give you release or final exit which can not be challenged, if it isnot your first sponsor then you can resign keeping your notice period as per your contract or company policy

During resignation for transfer, if current employer issued an exit means what should some one do !!

The offer letter I signed in India didn't contain the standard terms and conditions, so I have not received a copy of my contract when I reached Saudi Arabia. Should I regard this offer letter as contract copy (it is only one page without T&C) or they are separate agreements. thank you.

after your offer letter signature you are bound to follow all labor law. if you are sure you did not sign any document.
