I'm an American looking to live in equador. I am a methadone patient. Are there methadone clinics in Ecuador?

Very unlikely. Opiates are hardly ever prescribed and heroin although seen in the bigger cities from time to time, isn't really a thing.

From speaking with friends with family members with drug addiction rehabilitation isn't really a thing either.
